1. Who we are
Selenia is a menstrual cycle tracking application operated by CosmoDev. Our registered address is Zenteno 2707, 35A, LL, 5290000, Chile.

2. Free trial
Your first menstrual cycle is free. A payment method is required to sign up, but you will not be charged until your free cycle ends. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
3. Subscription plans
Selenia offers three subscription plans: Monthly ($3.99), 6-month ($17.99, −25%), and Annual ($27.99, −42%). All prices are in USD and billed automatically at the start of each period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period expires.
5. Refund eligibility
Monthly plans: refunds are available within 48 hours of the charge if the service has not been actively used during that period.
6-month and annual plans: refunds are available within 7 days of the initial charge if the service has not been actively used.
Renewals: refunds are available within 48 hours of any automatic renewal charge, regardless of plan.
6. Non-refundable cases
Charges where the service has been actively used during the billing period.
Partial periods — we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription.
Refund requests submitted after the windows stated in section 4.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will notify you once we have reviewed your request. dev@cosmodev.cl
8. Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at . dev@cosmodev.cl
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Relevant changes will be communicated inside the app at least 15 days before taking effect.
